4-H Canada has been given $400,000 over the next two years for its Careers on the Grow program and job-matching board, as well as career programming at a provincial level. Albertans come up big at 4-H science fair

A trio of Albertans were winners at the annual 4-H Canada Science Fair. In this busking performance at a local church last year, club members use glow Hula Hoops for a poi performance. (Poi is an art form created by the Maori people of New Zealand and involves making rhythmical and geometric patterns by swinging tethered weights). The performance was captured by members of the club’s photography project.
