The Agriculture and Food Council’s Advanced Leadership and Management Development Program (ALMDP) has $75,000 available for clients to access learning opportunities in the final year of the program.
ALMDP provides funding to assist Alberta agribusiness managers to develop their skills in the areas of leadership and management. A maximum of $7,500 per year is available for individual applicants to support education and training through eligible courses and programs. Applications are currently being accepted; assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the six years that this program has been offered, the council has provide $242,000 towards learning opportunities for about 60 clients.
