Applications are now open for scholarships offered by the Canadian Agri-Business Education Foundation.
There are seven Pathways to Agri-Food Scholarships awarded across the country, including one in Alberta. They are given to students entering or currently pursuing an agricultural or agri-food-related program at a Canadian college, university, or technical institution. The scholarships are worth $2,500 and are funded by the Canadian agriculture industry.
Applicants will be assessed on a combination of their leadership attributes and a written or video response to the question, “What do you consider to be the two main opportunities for the Canadian agriculture industry and which one inspires you the most?”
For more information and to apply, go to the Canadian Agri-Business Education Foundation website.
The application deadline is April 30.
