The fifth edition of the Canadian Beef Industry Conference will be a virtual affair, but the online event will also be free. The Aug. 11-13 conference will have a condensed program with three live sessions per day.
Speakers include food trends expert David Hughes (aka Dr. Food) and South Dakota rancher and advocate Amanda Radke. Organizers will also be releasing additional videos and podcasts on research, industry updates, and other topics.
The conference is put on by the Beef Cattle Research Council, Canada Beef, the Canadian Beef Breeds Council, Canadian Cattlemen’s Association, and the National Cattle Feeders’ Association.
