– The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry president in Pakistan is expressing concerns about hundreds of containers of pulses being held up at the Karachi Ports, according to reports. The delay, due to the containers being marked for examination, has caused business losses and could add to the shortage, which would further increase pulse prices in the local market.
