Premiums For 13.5-Plus

The Canadian Wheat Board has reminded farmers that they can receive premium and storage payments for their No. 1 Canada Western Red Spring wheat with at least 13.5 per cent protein. This grain is being sourced through monthly Guaranteed Delivery Contracts in three protein categories. Pertonne premiums range from $6.50 to $15 per tonne, depending on protein level and delivery period. Storage of $1 per month is paid after delivery.
