Published: November 2, 2009

AGCanada.com has four autographed copies of The Big Cook, the bestselling cookbook that pledges to show how to prepare 200 meals in one day by cooking “en masse.”

Authord by Deanna Siemens, Joanne Smith and Lorelei Thomas, published by YouCan2 Publishing of Medicine Hat, Alta., and now in its third printing, the book expands on the concept of “make-ahead” cooking.

In its introduction, the authors summarize their concept as “friends getting together, having fun and preparing over 200 meals in just one day. Did you know that it only takes a little longer to make eight meals of the same recipe than it does to make one?”
