The AEF is seeking a limited number of horses in all three disciplines, for lease to qualified teams of riders from other provinces/territories. Each provincial/territorial team will be coached by a certified trainer. Horses for lease must meet certain discipline-specific criteria and will be cared for to the highest standards.
The CIEC is a sanctioned Equine Canada competition and a collaborative event between the national and provincial sport organizations.
The championships are also an opportunity to showcase Alberta’s excellence in horse training, management and breeding to a national and provincial audience. Trainers can highlight their expertise and promote their horses through the lease program.
