WINNIPEG, MB, May 28, 2018 (CNS Canada) – ICE Futures
Canada canola contracts were mixed at midday, with no clear
path.
The canola market was fluctuating within a narrow range at
midday Tuesday. According to one Winnipeg based trader it was
pretty hard to get a sense of what’s happening with the market.
He said that he thinks the market is partially waiting on
rains for Western Canada. If it does rain he expects it to be
negative on the market.
The United States markets were chopping around in its first
trading day of the week, following the Memorial Day holiday on
Monday.
About 9,700 canola contracts had traded as of 10:20 CDT.
