WINNIPEG, July 26 (CNS Canada) – The following is a selection of current average pulse prices as quoted at Statpub.com, for farmer dressed, delivered to the plant. These averages are for reference only and should not be construed as actual prices.
– Large green lentils No. 1: 44 c/lb.
– Medium green lentils No. 1: 34 c/lb.
– Small green lentils No. 1: 34.83 c/lb.
– French green lentils No. 1: 39.63 c/lb.
– Small red lentils No. 1: 23.09 c/lb.
– Chickpeas, No. 1 kabuli (9 mm): 65.88 c/lb.

The USDA weekly dry bean, pea and lentil market report for the week ending July 25 reports slow trading activity with moderate demand.
The following is a random sampling of dry bean grower values in U.S. dollars per cwt, warehouse delivered, thresher run, US No. 1 grade.
– Pinto beans: North Dakota/Minnesota, 27-28.
– Light red kidney beans: Colorado/Nebraska, 33; Wisconsin/Wyoming 33-35.
– Black beans: North Dakota/Minnesota 27-30.
– Navy beans: North Dakota/Minnesota 27.
– Chickpeas (9mm): Washington/Idaho 36-38.
– Peas, yellow: North Dakota/Montana 10-11.67.
– Peas, green: North Dakota/Montana 9.58-11.67.
– Richlea lentils: North Dakota/Montana 23-27.
