Kiev/Reuters The state of Ukrainian winter crops has worsened as the share of crops in poor condition rose to 14.6 per cent as of April 1 from 13.5 per cent as of March 21, analyst UkrAgroConsult said April 6. New farm minister Mykola Pryshyazhnyuk told Reuters frosts and ice were likely to kill off at least 10 to 15 per cent of the winter wheat.
