Olds College has completed construction of its newly-renovated Animal Health Education Centre.
It opens its doors just in time to welcome a new cohort of students this week who are studying in the college’s programs like the veterinary technology diploma, veterinary technical assistant certificate and veterinary medical receptionist certificate. It’s also home to the National Meat Training Centre and retail store.
“Our goal is to create an environment where students can immerse themselves in real-world experiences, collaborate with industry professionals and make a meaningful impact on animal health,” said Dalin Bullock, dean, School of Life Science and Business in a media release. “This is a transformative step forward in how we approach animal care education.”
