New Delhi | Reuters — India hopes to start talks on a free trade agreement with Canada during Prime Minister Mark Carney’s visit to India later this week, the South Asian nation’s trade minister said on Tuesday.

“We will finalize the terms of reference and are hoping to launch talks for a free trade agreement later this week,” Piyush Goyal told reporters.
