The Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef has a quartet of new videos on its YouTube channel, including one in which producers talk about their definition of sustainability.
The roundtable also has new videos on the certification process and the principles of beef sustainability, both in terms of efficiency and in food production.

The organization will be holding its semi-annual meeting in Calgary from March 31 to April (details to be posted at crsb.ca).
