Gate To Plate Beef School

Agriculture and Rural Development and Olds College are again offering a course for beef producers, restaurateurs, food editors and food service representatives interested in learning more about quality, fabrication and marketing of beef. Topics being covered during the workshop include: live animal evaluation, quality grade, yield grade, dressing percentage and cutability. Workshops are being held in Nov. 2011 and Mar. 2012.
