The Alberta Lamb Producers board of directors has an opening for one interim director-at- large position. This position may be filled by a producer living in any area of Alberta (i.e.no zone requirements), and will be filled through appointment by the board.
The application deadline is Dec. 31. Applicants must be a sheep producer residing in Alberta. They should have a keen interest in improving processes and resources for the industry, be able to work with other board members, have the time to commit to three or four in person board meetings and a monthly conference call.
No previous board experience is necessary, but a strong commitment to collaboration and growth is important.
