Ukraine Grain In Good Shape

More than 94 per cent of Ukrainian winter grain crops were in good or satisfactory conditionasofMay12, AP K-Informagriculturenewsagencysaid. Theagencyquoteddata from regions as showing that 56.3 per cent of crops were in good condition and 38.1 per cent were satisfactory. Ukraine’s grain harvest fell to 39.2 million tonnes in 2010 from 46 million in 2009 after a severe drought.
