Agri-Trade Equipment Expo organizers say the return of the Red Deer event was a success with exhibitors and attendees.
The exhibit space was sold out and featured “more than 475 booths of the industry’s latest and most comprehensive display of equipment, services and technology,” Agri-Trade said in a release, adding attendees came from across the province and Western Canada.
The winner of the event’s Ag Innovations competition was Grande Prairie grain farmer Vincent Pawluski, inventor of the RcFarmArm (rcfarmarm.ca). The device provides wireless tractor control for stationary PTO work such as augers, baggers, and extractors.
