Farm Credit Canada and its partners across the country launched the 13th annual FCC Drive Away Hunger campaign with a goal of providing four million meals for Canada’s food banks.
FCC Drive Away Hunger tractor tours will take place next month in B.C., Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Saskatchewan. FCC is also collecting food and cash donations in its office locations Canada-wide until Oct. 14.
FCC Drive Away Hunger involves driving a tractor and trailer through communities to collect food and cash donations for food banks across the country. One hundred per cent of donations go to Canadian food banks, and anyone can visit fccdriveawayhunger.ca to make a monetary donation.
