Pizza Pizza steps into plant-based proteins

Olymel to close Quebec City processing plant

La Coop federee’s meatpacking arm is set to shut an aging Quebec City further-processing plant it took over last year. Maple Leaf to buy Quebec pepperoni processor

Meat processor Maple Leaf Foods plans to boost its space in the pepperoni and dry-cured meats market with a deal for Montreal-based Viau Foods.
