Versatile tractors has signed a deal with South Dakota’s Raven Industries to supply precision ag equipment for its tractor and self-propelled sprayer lines.

The partnership between Raven and Versatile manufacturer Buhler Industries means Raven’s technology can now be ordered as a factory-or dealer-installed option on Versatile equipment, Buhler marketing manager Adam Reid said in a release.

Versatile’s new branded precision ag system (VPAS) is to include a combination of Raven’s SCS consoles, Cruizer guidance system, Envizio Pro and Viper Pro field computers, and SmarTrax assisted steering products.

“Versatile machines can be ordered today with the VPAS option for delivery around the world,” the two companies said, with options ranging from basic application controls up to integrated hydraulic steering and field computers.
