Reaching out to environmentalists such as Steve Lee is part of the behind-the-scenes advocacy outreach effort co-ordinated by Canada’s beef sector. Lee is a climate change activist who runs the Three Percent Project, which aims to get one million Canadian students involved in the effort to combat climate change.
